Introduction

This Automatic Rotating Furnace features an automated feeding and discharge system for enhanced efficiency. Built on the core structure of our rotating vibrating rotary furnace, it incorporates a PLC full-touch intelligent control system, ensuring seamless and user-friendly operation.

Utilizing resistance wire heating technology, the furnace is capable of high-temperature sintering, making it ideal for heat treatment and smelting processes across a wide range of materials.

Structural Description

The Automatic Rotating Furnace system includes a sintering system, electrical control system, vacuum system, lifting system, inlet and outlet gas system, rotating seal system, and feeding system. It is equipped with a self-developed atomization device that provides stable liquid reactants for the experiment.

  1. Automatic Feeding and Discharge System: The system is equipped with a radio-frequency admittance level switch, a stainless steel auger for efficient material feeding and discharge, and real-time monitoring of the material level.
  2. Self-developed Atomization Device: The atomizer provides stable liquid reactants for the experiment.
  3. Advanced PID Self-learning Fuzzy Control: The temperature control accuracy is high, maintaining a deviation of ±1°C.
  4. Insulation Materials: The furnace lining is made of high-purity alumina lightweight fiber materials, offering better insulation and energy-saving benefits.
  5. IoT Functionality (WIFI): The device can be remotely monitored and operated via mobile phones and computers.
  6. Data Storage: Important sintering parameters can be stored for up to 30 days (8 hours of operation per day).
  7. Recipe Function: Supports storing over 20 recipes.
  8. Networking Function: Via RJ45 interface using TCP/IP protocol, the system can be connected to the host computer (host computer requires appropriate software).
