This Automatic Rotating Furnace features an automated feeding and discharge system for enhanced efficiency. Built on the core structure of our rotating vibrating rotary furnace, it incorporates a PLC full-touch intelligent control system, ensuring seamless and user-friendly operation.

Utilizing resistance wire heating technology, the furnace is capable of high-temperature sintering, making it ideal for heat treatment and smelting processes across a wide range of materials.

Structural Description

The Automatic Rotating Furnace system includes a sintering system, electrical control system, vacuum system, lifting system, inlet and outlet gas system, rotating seal system, and feeding system. It is equipped with a self-developed atomization device that provides stable liquid reactants for the experiment.
