1100℃高温高压双管管式炉可在高压氧环境或情性气体环境下对样品进行热处理,温度可达1100℃,其炉管法兰上安装有压力表和高压卸压阀,所以当管内气压高于设定值时,卸压阀会自动打开排气,使管内气压达到设定值。所以特别是对于超导材料及介电材料的探索研究,此款高温高炉是一款物美价廉的实验工具。
The 1100 ℃ high temperature and high pressure double tube furnace can heat treat the sample in high pressure oxygen environment or emotional gas environment, the temperature can reach 1100 ℃, the furnace tube flange is installed with pressure gauge and high pressure relief valve, so when the pressure in the tube is higher than the set value, the pressure relief valve will automatically open the exhaust gas, so that the pressure in the pipe reaches the set value. Therefore, especially for the exploration and research of superconducting materials and dielectric materials, this high temperature blast furnace is a good and cheap experimental tool.

The 1100 ℃ high temperature and high pressure double tube furnace is specially designed for high temperature and high pressure experiment. The pressure is as high as 4MPa, and the temperature can reach 1100 ℃. It can synthesize materials that can not be synthesized under traditional atmospheric pressure (e.g. synthetic diamond), and the sintering time of materials becomes very short by high temperature and high pressure method, which improves the synthesis efficiency (e.g. iron-based superconductor).

1、采用双层壳体结构,中间有气隙隔离,并带有风冷系统,使得壳体表面温度小于60℃,

镇基合金,在常压下可承受温度为1200℃,而且延展性非常好。当实验时误操作使得镇基合金管内的气压超过额定可承受值时(超过合金管的长期强度),合金管会发生蠕变,而不是脆性破坏,然后炉管上会慢慢出现一裂缝将气体放出。这就意味着,即使在高温环境下炉管内部压力过大,也不会产生爆炸现象,而是先鼓起一个包,再产生裂缝,将气体泻出。 |
