前端预热双温区滑轨炉:带预热炉的可滑动管式炉
前端预热双温区滑轨炉为带预热功能的炉膛可滑动管式炉,有预热炉、加热炉、温控系统、滑动系统组成。
主要特点Main features:
1) Can pull in the required high tem. to sample to get a rapid heating rate; also pull out the high tem. furnace and let the sample in the room tem. Environment to get a rapid cooling rate.
操作时可将实验需要的恒定高温直接推到样品处,使样品能得到一个快速的升温速度,同样也可将高温的管式炉直接推离样品处,使样品直接暴露在室温环境下,得到快速的降温速率。
2) Used for graphene growing or CVD experiment with RTP requirement
应用于有快速升温需要的石墨烯生长或CVD实验。
